Refund policy

At NOFCT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you change your mind about a purchase or experience an issue with an item, we're here to help.
This policy applies to all orders placed directly with NOFCT and delivered within the United Kingdom.
01 — Change of Mind Returns
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the 14-day cancellation period begins when you receive the final item.

02 — Condition of Returns
When trying on clothing, please treat the items with reasonable care, as you would when trying them on in a shop.
We ask that returned items are:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant or other marks
  • Returned with original tags attached where possible
  • Returned with original packaging where applicable
  • Returned with all accessories originally supplied
You may inspect and try on goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
However, if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced as a result, we may be entitled to make a deduction from your refund in accordance with UK law.
03 — Hygiene-Sensitive Items
Certain sealed goods may be excluded from the statutory cancellation right once their seal has been broken where the law permits this exception.
This may apply to certain accessories or other products where returning an unsealed item would be unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Your statutory rights are not affected if an item is faulty, damaged or does not conform to the contract.
04 — Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described
  • Not of satisfactory quality
  • Not fit for its intended purpose

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply separately from our change-of-mind returns policy.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.
05 — Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to NOFCT, unless we have agreed otherwise.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights, NOFCT will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item where required by law.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

06 — Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For valid cancellations under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will refund the amount we are legally required to refund, including the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
We may wait to issue your refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
07 — Exchanges
We may offer exchanges subject to availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will process a refund where appropriate.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our exchange policy.
08 — Sale Items
Sale and discounted items may be returned in accordance with this policy.
Being purchased at a reduced price does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
09 — Gift Returns
If an item was purchased as a gift, our standard return policy applies.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

11 — Return Timeframe
For a standard change-of-mind return:
14 days
You have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify NOFCT that you wish to cancel.
A further 14 days
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
We recommend sending your return as soon as possible to avoid delays.
12 — Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
This includes your rights under the:
Consumer Rights Act 2015
and the
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the applicable legal right will take precedence.
